Strength/Skill: EMOM for 10 Min.- 3 position Snatch @ 75% of bodyweight.
*3 Position- High Hang, Low hang, Below the Knee.

WOD: 10 Min AMRAP.
- 60 Wall Balls (20/10)
- 100 Double Unders
- 60 Sit-ups
* in the remaining time as many Toes-to-bar as possible.

Scaled version of WOD:
40 Wall Balls
50 Double-Unders
30 Sit-Ups
*Remaining time- High knees
