Mon-Fri: 6am, 7am,12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (except Thurs)

Thursday- Yoga- 6:30pm    *Friends/Family welcome with a $5 drop-in fee.

Sat-  9:00am- Regular Crossfit Class

Sunday- 9am- Regluar Crossfit Class

Monthly Membership-

$179/month with a 6 month commitment (unlimited)

$189/month with a 3 month commitment (unlimited)

$199/month to month with no commitment (unlimited)

 

 Punch Card Pricing- We understand that monthly memberships arent a "one size fits all" for everyones schedule, so please inquire about our - use as you go- pricing

 

Couples rate-

$140/month (each) - 6 month commitment

$160/month (each)- 3 month commitment

$170/month (each)- no commitment

 Personal Training-

Would you like to have a program tailored for you? Go more in-depth into the technique and form of the lifts or gymnastics movements? Or if you just respon better to one-on-one training, please inquire about personal training rates.

 

Nutritional Counseling- $150/month.

Weekly diet consulting, goal tracking, and bi-monthly body fat analysis. Holding you accountable and making sure your macronutrient intake is aligned to achieve your nutrional and aesthetic goals.


New beginners-

If you are new to crossfit and unfamiliar with most of the lifts then we require you to do a 5 class fundamentals program. These classes are one on one with a trainer and must be scheduled. We do this to ensure that you become proficient enough at the lists, so that you will have a basic understanding of what to do, so you will not hurt yourself and will be able to keep up in the regular classes. Once the fundamental classes are completed you can attend whatever class fits your schedule best.

*Fundamentals program fee- $100. However, we will waive this fee if you sign-up for a monthly membership rate right off the bat.
