 COACHES of CF UPGRADE

Our affiliation with CrossFit is a small part of who we are. We employ the methodology and philosophy of CrossFit but we are not defined by CrossFit. Our program covers all facets of health including structured coaching, nutrition, and of course we offer the best atmosphere and community in the entire area. Thats why we don’t ask you to SIGN A CONTRACT. We are confident that your results will keep you coming back.

We offer a free trial to anyone, and expect you to try it for free before diving in!

Owner/Coach

Tate -

I have been involved in athletics my entire life. From being a multi-sport collegiate athlete, to participating in a number of Ironman 70.3 and Olympic Distance Triathlons. I have seen, and tried, just about every strength and conditioning program out there; some good, most bad. In 2007 a friend introduced me to Crossfit, and soon realized that no matter what I was training for, this was the optimal program for me; I found my new sport. Doing Crossfit, coupled with a good diet, has gotten me into the best shape of my life, reaching a physical performance level I didn't think possible.  I wanted to open a gym to share my passion for the sport, to have a place where friends can come to workout, play loud music, have fun, crack jokes, get fit and look good. Relative to the life of Crossfit, Ive been in the game almost since the beginning. I have finished in the top 100 in the CF Open numerous times, made it to Regionals and hope to one day make it to the games.

Coach Alex-

Alex started CrossFit back in 2013 and instantly became hooked. Not only did the methodology provide much greater results, but also yielded a much higher fun factor than the typical “bro sesh” he was used to at globo gyms. A few of the many things that draws Alex to CrossFit are: the community, active lifestyle, unique daily challenges, and the opportunity to be competitive while bettering himself and the others around him. He has been a professional tennis instructor for 10 years and a collegiate tennis player in his home state of Pennsylvania. Alex recently moved to California and is looking forward to starting a new journey and helping others get started on theirs. Along with possessing his CF-L1, he will be pursuing his USAW Sports Performance in October 2016.
